3. Scope of Services

Top Marina provides marine services in Qatar, including but not limited to inspections, mobile marine support, mechanical work, electrical work, polishing, painting, antifouling, flooring, fiberglass repairs, trailer work, towing, fabrication, upholstery, windshields and windows, stainless steel finishing, and refurbishment services. Service availability may vary depending on vessel condition, access, timing, materials, and operational requirements.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its normal operation. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, submit false information, or copy website content without written permission. Clients must also ensure that the vessel is accessible, safe to attend, and lawfully available for inspection, towing, mobile service, or workshop-related activity at the agreed time.

Where required, the client must obtain any permissions needed from marinas, yards, property managers, or third-party operators before service begins.

8. Payments and Invoicing

All payments must be made in accordance with the approved quotation, work order, invoice, or payment schedule provided by Top Marina. Advance payments, deposits, milestone billing, and final invoices may apply depending on the nature of the service.

Top Marina aims to issue clear invoices and define the relevant service charges transparently, in line with consumer-facing service expectations in Qatar.

9. Additional Work and Scope Changes

If new issues, hidden damage, or additional service needs are identified after work begins, Top Marina may issue an updated quotation or variation approval before carrying out the additional work. This helps ensure that the client understands the revised scope, timing, and pricing before the service continues.

10. Parts, Materials, and Third-Party Supply

Some services may require special materials, marine coatings, fabricated items, imported parts, or third-party support. Delivery times, availability, and cost may vary based on suppliers, market conditions, and import or logistics factors. Top Marina is not responsible for third-party delays outside its reasonable control.

11. Timelines and Service Completion

Any service timeline given by Top Marina is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing as a fixed deadline. Completion time may be affected by weather, hidden vessel conditions, access restrictions, marina scheduling, dry dock availability, supply delays, scope changes, or third-party approvals.

12. Service Quality and Warranty Position

Top Marina aims to carry out services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism. If a client believes a completed service was not performed appropriately, the client should notify Top Marina promptly so the issue can be inspected and reviewed.

13. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A client may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting Top Marina as early as possible. Cancellation outcomes may depend on whether inspection time, mobilization, custom materials, labor allocation, or third-party costs have already been committed.

Inspection fees, mobile attendance costs, towing dispatch costs, special-order materials, and custom fabrication or custom-finish work may not be fully refundable once the service process has already started.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Marina shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, charter income, opportunity, or delay-related loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws of Qatar.

15. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the website, or Top Marina services shall be subject to the competent courts of Qatar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
